v6.11 & v7.10 UPDATE: Within the next 24 hours, we'll be rolling out an update for v6.11 sites that fixes a bug affecting SVG image support in branding.

All live and trial v7.10 sites will also be updated. This release makes AgentOne available across all sites. It is disabled for all admin users, but can be enabled via restrictions on admin roles. Please keep in mind that this functionality is still in beta as you start using it.

Expected downtime for sites: ~5 minutes.
